To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged may not be eligible for a refund.

Initiating a Refund or Exchange:

To initiate a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at happycutenails09@gmail.com within 30 days of the original purchase date to request a return authorization.

  2. Once your return authorization is approved, carefully package the item(s) you wish to return, ensuring they are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  3. Include a copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip with your return shipment.

  4. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  5. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria for a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when requesting a return authorization. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, a refund will be issued for the returned item(s) in accordance with our refund policy.

Damaged or Defective Items:
